The cottages

Paradise Cliff enters the market with a rare freehold site at 6,500 ft, positioned between Kasar Devi's global traveller culture and Almora's infrastructure. Paradise Cliff is being built as an ultra-luxury resort on one of the last private ridge positions near Kasar Devi. We are raising ₹10 Cr as a pre-construction seed round — entry at land-stage pricing, ahead of approvals, construction, and brand signing.
